We are seeking a skilled and proactive AR Manager to lead a team responsible for billing, collections, and receivables operations. This role is part of a shared services center supporting multiple divisions and is designed to uphold high standards of financial accuracy and operational efficiency.

You’ll report directly to the Controller and oversee a team of five. The position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to process improvements, audit readiness, and strategic financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead project setup reviews and provide guidance to contract coordination teams.
Manage invoicing, adjustments, and credit/debit memos.
Oversee collections and ensure accurate payment applications.
Review and approve batches prior to posting; manage month-end close.
Issue aging reports and validate invoices and adjustments.
Resolve suspended orders and reconcile volumes.
Process credit card transactions and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Set goals and expectations for direct reports and ensure compliance with internal mandates.
Prepare documentation and support internal audit processes.
