Base pay range

$50,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr

We're Hiring: Accounting Associate – Accounts Receivable

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Associate with a strong focus on Accounts Receivable to support our Finance team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment — all from the comfort of your home.

In this role, you will:

• Enter and manage sales orders with accuracy
• Generate and send invoices to customers
• Review purchase orders (POs) and contracts for billing compliance
• Follow up on outstanding receivables via email and phone
• Maintain accurate AR records and resolve billing discrepancies
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth billing processes
• Support month-end AR reporting and account reconciliation

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ year of experience in AR, billing, or clerical accounting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Prior experience in manufacturing or production environments is a plus
