OWL Services LLC in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a detail-oriented Specialist, Accounting to join our team. The role focuses on reviewing invoices, reconciling statements, managing vendor credits, processing payments, and pursuing overdue accounts.

You will handle billing, maintain customer files, assist with year-end audits, and support multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy and timely information for internal departments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years accounts receivable experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills with Excel and Word; Sage and/or Acumatica a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and sends customer invoices and monthly statements.
• Maintains and reconciles cash receipts journals.
• Maintains and updates customer files including payment history and profile information; Research and resolve billing issues.
• Responsible for collection of all overdue customer accounts; follows internal billing procedures for all tasks assigned.
• Research and provide invoice and receipt information to departments as needed.
• Provides necessary information for various annual audits.
