• Preparing and sending account statements.
• Managing daily deposits and reconciling discrepancies.
• Building relationships with agents and assisting with payment-related inquiries.
• Maintaining cash receipt and financial reporting records.
• Opening and managing interest-bearing accounts.
• Assisting with month-end reconciliations and account corrections.
• Supporting commercial escrow closings and transaction disbursements.
• Coordinating wire transfers and check processing.
• Maintaining accurate transaction records and documentation.
• Supporting special projects and process improvements as needed.
