Old Republic Title in Richmond, VA is seeking an Accounts Receivable & Escrow Specialist to join our Eastern Title Division. This role exposes you to the balance of accounting, escrow operations, and real estate transactions within a collaborative, mentoring environment.

You will work on accounts receivable processing, escrow support, and month-end tasks while building relationships with agents and clients.

Responsibilities

• Processing and posting accounts receivable payments
• Preparing and sending account statements
• Managing daily deposits and reconciling discrepancies
• Building relationships with agents and assisting with payment inquiries
• Maintaining cash receipt and financial reporting records
• Opening and managing interest-bearing accounts
• Assisting with month-end reconciliations and account corrections
• Supporting commercial escrow closings and disbursements
• Coordinating wire transfers and check processing
• Maintaining accurate transaction records and documentation
• Supporting special projects and process improvements as needed
