Old Republic Title in Richmond, VA is seeking an Accounts Receivable & Escrow Specialist. This on-site role offers hands-on experience in the title and escrow industry, exposure to commercial real estate transactions, and a clear path for long-term career growth.

You will handle AR payments, escrow operations, month-end tasks, and customer interactions via phone and email. This full-time position includes mentorship and opportunities to advance into specialized closing roles.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and accurate with numbers.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication via phone and email.
• Willing to learn title and escrow processes.
• Experience in accounts receivable or real estate finance is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Processing and posting accounts receivable payments.
• Preparing and sending account statements.
• Managing daily deposits and reconciling discrepancies.
• Building relationships with agents and payment inquiries.
• Maintaining cash receipts and financial reporting records.
• Opening and managing interest-bearing accounts.
• Assisting with month-end reconciliations and corrections.
• Supporting commercial escrow closings and disbursements.
• Coordinating wire transfers and check processing.
• Maintaining accurate transaction records and documentation.
• Supporting special projects and process improvements as needed.
