Qualifications

• Two-year degree preferred.
• Prior experience in construction industry valued.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist with accounts receivable activities, including aging reports and collections.
• Support customer credit processes, reviewing credit applications and coordinating approvals.
• Communicate with customers about invoices and payment status.
• Assist with cash application and reconciliation of payments.
• Answer phones and perform general office duties.
• Disseminate HR information to location employees.
• Develop relationships with customers and vendors.
• Review customer activity for trends and risk indicators.
