Qualifications

• 2 years of experience with data entry in Accounts Payable or related area.
• 1 year experience using Microsoft Office Suite; particularly Excel.
• Must be able to work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Process and pay vendor invoices in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with Receiving and Purchasing departments along with vendors to resolve payment issues.
• Perform other clerical or administrative functions as needed.
