Job summary

Darden in Orlando is seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to support recording and collection of restaurant payments, manage day-to-day A/R activities, and ensure timely resolution of outstanding items across departments.

You'll reconcile accounts, investigate discrepancies, invoice partners, monitor aging, and assist with financial reporting and audits while upholding internal controls and process improvements. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Oracle Financials are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have accurate accounting knowledge and attention to detail.
• Experience with large data sets and high-volume transactions.
• Familiarity with Oracle Financials and Discoverer preferred.

Responsibilities

• Record all A/R transactions accurately and ensure timely payments.
• Invoice hotel and casino partners for A/R billing; resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare reconciliations and manage aging reports.
• Support internal audits and process improvements.
• Collaborate with restaurant operators and vendors to resolve issues.
