Job summary

Nabors is seeking an AR Coordinator II to support collections and cash applications for the US and Canada across manufacturing, services and drilling units. You will report to the AR Manager of Collections and ensure compliance with corporate policies and controls.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in AR/cash applications and 3+ years in collections, with strong Excel skills (V-Lookup/Pivot). Experience with HighRadius/Oracle is a plus, and a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Accounts Receivable/cash applications experience using a major ERP AR module.
• 3+ years of collections experience.
• General understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel - V-Lookup/Pivot Tables.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Access bank accounts online daily for multiple business units and customer accounts.
• Apply customer remittances daily by working through exceptions in the CAA module of High Radius and manual entries directly into Oracle AR when necessary.
• Retrieve remittances daily from the [e-mail] email inbox.
• Maintain Accounting cash logs for daily deposits and perform soft close each Friday.
• Reconcile customer short payments and over-payments.
• Daily customer payment inquiries and document collections efforts in High Radius.
• Monitor electronic portals for invoice submissions and disputes; update statuses in High Radius.
• Collaborate with Billing, Marketing, Operations, and AP contacts to resolve disputed invoices in High Radius.
• Escalate problem accounts before 45 days aging.
• Process customer refunds and monitor uncollectible AR balances for write-offs.
• Respond to Audit/Treasury requests and assist with training of other Coordinators.
• Assist with quarterly testing in Oracle and support Special Projects as needed.
