Job summary

Vaco in West Chester, OH seeks an organized AR Specialist – Compliance Coordinator to support billing, accounts receivable, and project compliance for a growing construction company.

In this contract-to-hire role you’ll prepare monthly progress billings, monitor AR, collect lien waivers, track lien deadlines, and collaborate with customers, project managers, and internal teams to resolve billing issues.

Qualifications

• Experience with accounts receivable, billing, or accounting preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and ERP/accounting systems.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
