Job summary

Sinceri Senior Living is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to deliver exceptional service to communities and the home office while maintaining AR policies. This role focuses on accurate financial records and strong relationships with business office staff.

The ideal candidate will manage AR operations, monthly billing, and Medicaid-related tasks, providing guidance and training to BOMs and Executives Directors as needed.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of basic accounting concepts.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong communication, both written and verbal.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with Medicaid billing is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily communication with BOMs and Executive Directors to address AR needs.
• Support daily AR operations and ensure accurate processing.
• Manage the monthly billing cycle and verify deposits.
• Process resident settlements and billing in the system.
• Coordinate month-end close activities and reconcile deposits.
• Serve as primary contact for resident account inquiries.
• Review occupancy and aging reports to identify issues.
• Enter payment reports and adjust resident accounts.
• Process Medicaid billing submissions and related research.
• Deliver onboarding and ongoing AR training to staff.
