Job summary

AssetWatch is seeking an Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist to support our growing Order-to-Cash operations. This individual contributor role focuses on complex account resolution, timely cash collection, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of B2B AR/collections, strong analytical skills, and experience with NetSuite (Salesforce preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
• 7+ years of progressive B2B accounts receivable and commercial collections experience.
• Ability to research and resolve complex AR issues independently.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills; identify root causes of payment discrepancies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and drive timely collection of receivables.
• Investigate and resolve complex payment issues, including unapplied cash and disputes.
• Research remittances, invoices, contracts, and payment history to resolve balances.
• Own issues from identification to resolution with timely follow-up to customers and stakeholders.
• Negotiate payment commitments while maintaining positive customer relationships.
