All Surfaces Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage invoicing, collections, and account reconciliations. This in-office role at the Wood Dale, IL branch requires proactive customer contact and collaboration with Sales, Customer Service and Finance to ensure timely payments.

The position supports a high-volume transactional environment with ERP and accounting software experience, working 9:00am-6:00pm, Monday through Friday, with hourly compensation of $24-$28.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable or collections (distribution or B2B environment preferred).
• Experience working with ERP and Accounting Software(s).
• Experience working in a high-volume transactional environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer invoicing and collections activities.
• Reconcile accounts to ensure accurate revenue processing.
• Proactively contact customers regarding overdue invoices and resolve billing issues.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance teams to resolve disputes.
• Maintain documentation of collection activities and communications.
• Review aging reports daily/weekly and prioritize outreach.
• Support audits by providing required documentation and explanations.
