Qualifications

• 2+ years' collections experience.
• Ability to use confidential information in a professional manner to achieve collections targets/goals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and intranet/internet.

Responsibilities

• Manage all accounts receivable related functions for assigned accounts.
• Heavy phone activity with customers to identify and collect on debts.
• Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans; contact debtors regarding payment status.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies; update account status regularly.
• Alert supervisors of customers unwilling or unable to pay outstanding amounts.
