Job summary

Musca Law, P.A. is seeking an Accounting Specialist for our Naples, FL corporate office. The role focuses on accounts receivable management, collections, and client service to support cash flow and client relations.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in AR/collections, strong Excel and QuickBooks Online experience, and bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred. Prior law firm exposure is a plus. This is a full-time, on-site position with benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years accounts receivable and collections experience.
• Experience in a law firm, professional services, or financial services environment preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience in QuickBooks Online.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable Management: monitor and maintain client accounts receivable aging reports; review balances and prioritize collections; apply and reconcile payments; research discrepancies; maintain records.
• Collections: contact clients by phone, email, and text; negotiate payment arrangements; follow up on delinquent accounts; escalate as needed; prepare weekly/monthly collections reports; reconcile accounts.
• Client Service: answer inquiries; coordinate with attorneys and staff; provide exceptional customer service while balancing firm objectives.
