Jobot is seeking an Accounts Receivable/Credit & Collections Specialist in Fontana, CA. The role focuses on posting customer payments, reconciling accounts, and managing collections in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in AR, credit and collections.
• Experience posting payments and reconciling accounts.
• Familiar with ERP systems and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Post and apply customer payments to open invoices accurately.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, short pays, unapplied cash, and deductions.
• Communicate payment and account discrepancies with Sales and Finance teams.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, billing, payment history, and balances.
• Provide copies of invoices, proofs of delivery, and other account docs as requested.
• Prepare and distribute customer account statements.
• Monitor outstanding balances and maintain accurate customer records.
• Manage collections, contact past-due customers and follow up on unpaid balances.
• Escalate delinquent accounts and provide aging updates to management.
• Prepare credit references and account status information when requested.
• Generate monthly AR reports and assist with AR analysis and reporting.
