Creative Financial Staffing (CFS) is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable / Collections Specialist to join its Beaverton, OR team. This role focuses on B2B collections, account analysis, and cash collections in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Accounts Receivable or B2B collections.
• Strong Excel skills for reporting and reconciliations.
• Strong communication and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of B2B accounts receivable and oversee collections activities to reduce outstanding balances.
• Research customer accounts, perform account reconciliations, and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Partner with customers and internal teams to address payment issues and improve collection outcomes.
• Forecast cash collections and maintain aging reporting on accounts.
• Monitor payments, apply cash activity, and ensure accurate reconciliations.
• Maintain and update accounting systems, spreadsheets, and Excel-based reporting tools.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, special projects, and month-end accounting processes.
