Job summary

CFS in Batavia, IL is seeking a Credit & Collections Analyst to join its growing accounting team. The role reports to the Controller and offers an opportunity to impact cash flow and customer credit processes.

You will assist with month-end close, assess customer creditworthiness, analyze financial statements, and drive process improvements for business unit reporting and KPIs. Manufacturing experience is preferred, with 2+ years of accounting and strong US GAAP knowledge.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with month end close.
• Establish customer credit worthiness on new and existing customers.
• Provide in depth analysis on Financial Statements with commentary on variances for leadership.
• Assist with process improvements for BU Financial Reporting and KPI’s.
