Job summary

Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP is seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist in Nashville, TN to support Accounts Receivable and Client Accounts teams. The role manages client vendor forms, onboarding documentation, and revenue initiatives while collaborating across Billing, AR, Security and Procurement.

You'll handle a portfolio of attorneys and clients, assist with aged receivables and WIP cleanup, and contribute to payment processing during peak periods.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, billing, finance, or revenue management.
• Experience in a legal or professional services environment preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for client vendor forms, onboarding documentation, and payment setup. Maintain repository of forms and ensure timely submission of information.
• Maintain a small portfolio of attorneys and client accounts; review aged receivables and assist with collection strategies.
• Assist with cash application, payment posting, remittance processing, and reconciliation during peak periods.
