Job summary

Confluence, based in Pittsburgh, is seeking a Senior Manager for Collections, Accounts Receivable and Payable. This hybrid role leads the collections function, supports escalations, and contributes to treasury and cash management activities.

The candidate will drive aged debt performance, manage escalations, and collaborate with stakeholders. A Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting and 6+ years' progressive experience are required, with 3+ years in a supervisory capacity.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience in collections, accounts receivable, or working capital management, including 3+ years in a manager/supervisor role with aged debt performance and escalations.
• Experience in process automation bringing manual processes to ERP to reduce manual intervention.
• Strong Excel skills; Netsuite experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the collections function and support the collections team.
• Ensure timely collection of customer payments and resolve escalated issues.
• Oversee Accounts Payable operations in partnership with the AP team.
• Support treasury and cash-management activities, including forecasting.
