Job summary

Confluence in Pittsburgh, PA seeks a Senior Manager for Collections, Accounts Receivable and Payable. You will lead the collections function, drive timely payments, and oversee AP operations while contributing to treasury and cash forecasting.

The role requires a finance degree, 6+ years in collections/AR, 3+ years in a leadership role, and experience with ERP automation and NetSuite. Hybrid work options available, with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 6+ years in collections/AR/order-to-cash or working capital management, incl. 3+ years in a manager/supervisor role.
• Experience in automating processes and moving manual tasks to ERP.
• Strong Excel skills are required.
• Netsuite experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the collections function and support the collections team.
• Ensure timely collection of customer payments.
• Manage and resolve escalated collection issues.
• Partner with customers and internal/external stakeholders to address collection inquiries.
• Support collection activities during escalations or high-demand periods.
• Provide leadership oversight of Accounts Payable operations.
• Partner with the AP team to ensure effective processes and controls.
• Support treasury-related activities.
• Contribute to cash flow management and cash forecasting initiatives.
• Assist with broader cash management responsibilities across the organization.
