Job summary

Confluence Technologies, Inc. in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Senior Manager, Collections/AR & AP to lead the Collections function, oversee Accounts Receivable and Payable operations, and contribute to treasury and cash management in a hybrid work setting.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting, 6+ years in collections/AR/AP with 3+ years in a managerial capacity, strong Excel skills, and ERP experience (Netsuite preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in collections, accounts receivable, order-to-cash, or working capital management.
• 3+ years in a manager/supervisor role with aged debt performance and escalations.
• Experience in process automation to ERP integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the collections function and team and ensure timely payments.
• Resolve escalated collection issues and partner with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee Accounts Payable operations with strong controls.
• Support treasury and cash management and forecasting activities.
• Drive process improvements across AR/AP and working capital management.
