Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Experience in accounts receivable, operations, and collections.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and writing.
• Review invoices uploaded to ensure completeness.
• Verify invoices with assigned debtors according to protocol.
• Enter verification notes into the operating system.
• Make recommendations to Account Executive on invoice purchases.
