Job summary

Lofton Staffing Services seeks a strong candidate for an Accounts Payable/Receivable Accounting position in Houma, LA. This role serves as an auditor, ensuring invoices are accurate and that proper accounting procedures are followed for purchasing and payments of our services.

Hours are Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm. Pay ranges from $16–$18 per hour, DOE. Responsibilities include approving AP invoices, preparing AR invoices, bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Thorough invoice review to ensure accuracy.
• Familiarity with payables systems and computer usage.
• Understanding of financial management with bookkeeping experience.
• Degree not required, but relevant verifiable experience is a must.
