Job summary

High Point Design LLC in midtown Manhattan is seeking an experienced Chargeback Analyst to join our team. You will manage chargebacks, determine validity, and challenge invalid claims while communicating with sales, operations, and warehousing.

The role requires 4+ years in chargebacks, experience in apparel or accessories manufacturing preferred, and strong written and verbal communication with good follow-up. You will prepare regular reports and help prevent future claims.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in chargebacks.
• Experience with an apparel or accessories manufacturing company preferred.
• Able to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Able to work well in a team or individually.
• Strong communications (both written and verbal) & follow-up customer service skills is a must.

Responsibilities

• Manage chargebacks for the company by determining their validity.
• Challenge invalid claims and work to have them reversed.
• Identifying the root cause of valid claims and implementing a plan to prevent them in the future.
• Communicate and follow up with different areas of the company (sales, operations, warehousing) about “managing” chargebacks.
• Identify reoccurring violations and work with the necessary parties to reduce or eliminate them.
• Prepare regular reports with comments.
• Clarify customer claims.
• Assist with other projects related to chargebacks as needed.
