Job summary

Interface is a global flooring and sustainability leader seeking a Credit and Cash Specialist in Georgia. You will manage accounts receivable, notify customers of delinquencies, and follow up on past-due invoices while processing cash applications.

You will enter data, reconcile payments, and coordinate with customers and tax to ensure proper exemptions. A high school diploma and 1–3 years of credit/collection experience are required; Excel, JDE, and SAP experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Educational requirements: High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years experience in credit or collections preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent data entry and error-checking abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Enter and apply lockbox receipts, intercompany payments, and credit card payments.
• Process, reconcile, and research refunds as needed.
• Deliver daily bank payment reports to assist credit and collection processing.
• Collaborate with customers and tax department to document sales tax exemptions.
• Follow up with customers on past-due invoices until paid.
• Maintain and reconcile customer accounts and portals.
