Rexel USA seeks a Cash Application Specialist to join the Talley team in Santa Fe Springs, CA. The role focuses on overseeing daily Cash Applications operations, balancing AR assets, and mentoring new hires to improve efficiency.

You will lead the team, train staff, reconcile AR and branch accounts, and ensure timely cash postings and accurate GL entries. Strong ERP and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Cash Applications/Accounts Receivable experience.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and general accounting principles.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities; attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Provide subject matter expertise, guidance, and assist with mentoring the Cash Applications team for the purpose of achieving daily workload and productivity goals
• Assist with new hire and ongoing training for the Cash Application team, focusing on processes, procedures, and performance of key tasks
• Act as a Team Lead by prioritizing, delegating, and directing work assignments of Cash Applications team members
• Assist with reconciliation of Accounts Receivable and Branch accounts
• Daily and monthly cash and general ledger reconciliation
• Provide accurate reporting to management, including productivity and team performance reports
