Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in cash application processing within accounts receivable
• SAP experience is helpful but not required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and with a team

Responsibilities

• Apply daily cash receipts accurately per remittance details
• Identify and note payment differences to resolve discrepancies
• Research payment issues for past-due accounts with Collections
• Post pending cash receipts by month-end close
• Prepare reports and reconcile accounts receivable activity
• Analyze aging reports and system interfaces between two ERPs
• Obtain necessary information proactively for cash applications
• Perform other duties as assigned by AR Manager
