Responsibilities

• Apply daily cash receipts in a timely and accurate manner according to remittance detail.
• Identify and note payment differences to assist in resolving discrepancies between invoices and payments.
• Conduct payment research requests for the Collections Department to support past-due accounts.
• Ensure all pending cash receipts are posted by month-end closing deadlines.
• Prepare reports and perform account reconciliations related to AR activity.
• Analyze aging reports and operate across two systems with interfacing.
