A growing finance team is seeking a highly detail-oriented Accounts Receivable & Cash Application Specialist for a contract role. The position requires 4+ years of experience in accounts receivable and cash application, with advanced Excel skills and proficiency with ERP systems. You will be responsible for processing customer payments, reconciling accounts, and generating cash application reports. This role is vital in maintaining data integrity and supporting month-end closes during a period of hypergrowth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in accounts receivable or cash application.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Process customer payments and apply cash to invoices accurately.
• Reconcile accounts between the ERP and external sources.
• Prepare cash application reports and identify discrepancies.
