Job summary

Darwill, a data-driven manufacturing and direct mail fulfillment facility, seeks an analytical AR Billing Specialist to manage invoicing for complex print, data processing, and mailing campaigns. The role requires understanding manufacturing structures, billing cycles, and high-volume data handling.

You will generate daily invoices, support monthly batch invoices, and assist in collections and cash posting.

Qualifications

2+ years of AR experience in manufacturing, print, or direct mail is a plus.
Strong proficiency with Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)
Familiarity with USPS postage classes or mail workflows is preferred.
Educational background in accounting/finance or related coursework is a plus.

Responsibilities

Daily invoicing: generate invoices and apply postage, freight, and sales tax as needed.
Monthly invoicing: create inventory batch invoices and verify accuracy with Account Managers.
Automotive invoicing: create weekly invoices and track hosting payouts with contractors.
Postage requests: collect and review postage requests before mailing due dates.
Dispute & shortage resolution: investigate invoice inquiries or discrepancies.
Collections: review aging accounts and proactively contact customers.
Cash application: assist posting daily payments to client accounts.
