Job summary

Unknown is seeking an Accounts Receivable / Billing Specialist for a direct-hire position in a manufacturing setting. You will prepare invoices in the ERP system, manage progress billings by milestone, apply payments, and handle tax calculations and credits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounts receivables (AR) / billing experience.
• Must have recent AR / billing experience within a manufacturing company.
• Progress billing experience preferred.
• ERP systems experience.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue accurate invoices within ERP system.
• Submit progress billing installments based on each project milestone.
• Apply customers' payments accordingly based on specific project milestone.
• Calculate applicable sales taxes.
• Process credit memos, re-bills, and adjustments.
