Responsibilities

• Handle billing and collections duties for assigned accounts.
• Post payments and maintain AR aging reports.
• Process invoicing and participate in resolving rate charges.
• Communicate with carriers and customers via email, phone, and portal.
• Ensure accuracy of orders, rates, and required documentation.
• Assist with updating customer master files and set up new customers.
