• Proven experience leading process improvement or scalability initiatives in Accounting/Finance/Shared Services.
• Ability to assess workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement sustainable improvements.
• Understanding of people, processes, and technology to drive performance.
• Experience developing teams through coaching, cross-training, performance management, and development.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with AR Manager to evaluate, redesign, and optimize AR processes for growth.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and strengthen internal controls.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Sales, and IT to implement improvements.
• Oversee AR month-end close to shorten timelines and improve controls.
• Build a high-performing team through coaching, training, and development.
• Support integration of AR processes across acquired businesses.
