Job summary

CV Resources, Inc. seeks an experienced Assistant Controller to lead accounting operations, streamline close processes, and optimize the ERP landscape in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in North Aurora, CO onsite.

You will partner with finance leadership to ensure GAAP compliance, produce timely financial reporting, and drive cross-functional process improvements across GL, journal entries and reconciliations. IFS ERP experience highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• ERP experience required, IFS highly preferred.
• Manufacturing, construction, project-based, or industrial accounting exposure.
• Strong month-end close experience; GAAP compliance.
• General ledger, journal entry, and reconciliation expertise.
• Financial analysis and reporting experience.
• Strong Excel skills (lookups, pivots, data analysis).
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and cross-department collaboration.
