Reframe Systems in Andover, MA is seeking an Accounts Payable and Receivable Manager to own the end-to-end procure-to-pay process across manufacturing microfactories and corporate operations. You will work with procurement, supply chain, robotics engineering, and vendors to establish scalable AP controls and manage invoice matching.

This role requires 5+ years in AP, hands-on ERP experience (QuickBooks Online, Ramp), and a detail-focused mindset to support high-growth manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience in manufacturing, hardware, or deep-tech settings.
• Proficient with ERP systems and automated AP tools like Ramp.
• Strong understanding of PO processes, job costing, and accrual accounting.
• Ability to maintain vendor onboarding, tax details, and strong vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Invoice Processing & Matching: manage daily intake, coding, and processing of vendor invoices and bills.
• Vendor & Supply Chain Relations: primary contact for vendor inquiries and onboarding; verify tax details.
• Payment Execution: prepare weekly payment runs (ACH, wires, checks) and optimize terms.
• Inventory & Manufacturing Integration: resolve PO and variance issues with microfactory materials.
• Reconciliations & Month-End Close: reconcile statements, prepare AP aging & accruals.
• Process & Controls Optimization: help implement automated AP workflows and ERP controls.
