Job summary

AEG is seeking an Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Specialist to support invoicing and payment processing, plus payroll and month-end close tasks. The role involves wire processing, bank reconciliation, timesheet reviews, and ad hoc accounting duties in a dynamic live entertainment environment.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of related experience, a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, proficiency with Excel, and familiarity with JD Edwards and Image Now.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• 2–4 years of related work experience
• Experience with JDE and Image Now preferred
• Experience with financial reporting and ticketing systems preferred
• Music industry experience preferred
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel

Responsibilities

• Review wire requests against artist contracts and settlement sheets; release approved funds
• Audit bank accounts for fraudulent activity; manage opening of new accounts and signers
• Review temp employee timesheets and upload to payroll system; process payroll invoices
• Review road checks and card transactions; code expenses in JD Edwards
• Assist with month-end close and ad hoc accounting tasks; reconcile consignment statements from venues
