Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collect and post funds received and maintain ledgers.
• Prepare customer invoices and send them to customers.
• Maintain subsidiary receivable ledgers and support documentation.
• Perform collections on old accounts and resolve disputes with customers.
• Process vendor invoices and prepare vouchers for payment.
• Enter and verify credit memos and assign general ledger codes.
