Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is seeking an AR/AP Specialist to join our accounting team in McAlester, OK. The role handles accounts payable and receivable, processes invoices, issues checks, and balances statements. You'll support purchasing, mail statements, and assist with other accounting duties as needed. Strong computer skills are essential.

This on-site position offers daytime hours (Mon-Fri, with alternating Saturday shift) and pay at $14/hour.

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday 7:30a.m. - 5:00p.m.
• Every other Saturday 8:00a.m. - 12:00p.m.

Pay:

• $14/hour

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

• Accounts payable and receivable
• Entering invoices for payment.
• Cutting checks
• Balancing statements
• Mail statements out
• Rental car agreements and procurement of rental cars
• Assists with other accounting functions within department as needed.
• Ordering supplies
• Assist the cashier as needed

*Previous experience with accounts payable preferred.

*Excellent computer skills required.
