Job summary

The position reports to the Controller and leads the AR/AP Shared Services function across the region with end-to-end ownership of order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 7–10+ years of progressive accounting experience with AR/AP exposure.
• Proven people-management experience in a shared services or high-volume environment.
• Strong organization, multi-tasking, and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the AR/AP shared services team across the region.
• Review and approve AR/AP reconciliations and ensure sub-ledgers tie to GL.
• Oversee aging analysis and present trends, risks, and recommendations to Finance leadership.
• Establish SOX-compliant controls and serve as a point of contact for auditors.
• Standardize AR/AP policies and SLAs across the function and new entities/regions.
• Drive process improvements and automation across billing, collections, and disbursements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Operations, and Treasury to resolve escalated issues.
• Support month-end close activities for AR, AP, and accruals.
