firstPRO 360 seeks an AR/AP Manager in the Marietta/Kennesaw area to lead the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions and develop a high-performing team. You will drive KPI-based performance, ensure accurate vendor payments, and optimize collections processes.

Strong analytical thinking and decision-making are essential for optimizing financial operations. The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of leadership experience in AR/AP, proficiency with SAP, and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years leading AR/AP teams and processes.
• Experience in high-volume environments with revenues $400MM+.
• SAP experience preferred; ERP experience required.
• Understanding of credit risk profiles and bad debt management.

Responsibilities

• Lead AR and AP functions and develop a high-performing team.
• Oversee departmental KPIs, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
• Drive process improvements and escalate issues as needed.
