Job summary

United Flow Technologies (UFT) is seeking an AR/AP Specialist to join our Irving, TX team. The role focuses on accurate processing of customer payments, timely invoicing, and coordination with sales to resolve discrepancies. You will support month-end close and ensure compliance with policy.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and 3+ years in AR/AP. Proficiency with QuickBooks, Netsuite, and QuickBase is preferred. On-site work Monday–Friday with up to 10% travel within the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Netsuite, QuickBase).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with customers and vendors.
