You will monitor aging, apply payments, reconcile accounts, and generate regular cash collection reports, while maintaining SAP-driven controls and supporting month-end close.

Qualifications

Experience in accounting and finance, especially AR and AP.
Solid SAP experience and familiarity with financial systems.
Understanding of controls, reconciliations, and month-end processes.

Strong Excel skills with financial data.
Effective communication with customers, suppliers, and management.
Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
HR/payroll administration experience for a small team.

Responsibilities

Manage the complete AR process and customer accounts; monitor aging and follow up on overdue receivables.
Manage the complete AP process and review invoices for accuracy and proper authorization.
Maintain SAP-driven financial controls and accurate master data; support month-end closing.
Assist with cash flow management, budgeting and forecasting; coordinate with external CPA and auditors.
