Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, AR, or AP.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Intermediate Excel skills preferred.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Manage invoicing, billing, and collections.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Support audits and financial reporting as needed.
• Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
