Vaco is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our finance team in Westchester, Los Angeles, CA. The role focuses on collections, deductions, account reconciliations, and managing a high-volume AR portfolio.

Must have 3+ years of full-cycle AR experience, strong collections and deductions skills, SAP experience, and advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP). The position is a 3-month contract with hybrid schedule and potential extension.

• 3+ years of full-cycle Accounts Receivable experience.
• Strong collections and deductions experience.
• SAP experience REQUIRED.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Knowledge of the Order-to-Cash process.
