Job summary

WhiteCap Search is seeking an AR Analyst - Retail Chargebacks for an immediate start with our retail client. The role focuses on resolving chargebacks and deductions across pricing, returns, and shipping while maintaining strong documentation and collaboration with internal teams.

The candidate will research discrepancies to recover funds, prepare disputes, and work toward reducing recurring chargebacks. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX and transitioning to SAP is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of AR experience, preferably with significant retail chargeback or deductions experience.
• Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Experience working with an ERP system; Microsoft Dynamics AX is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve retail customer chargebacks and deductions related to pricing, returns, shipping, compliance, and merchandise expenses.
• Research claims and discrepancies to determine validity and identify opportunities for recovery.
• Prepare documentation and submit disputes to customers to recover invalid chargebacks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify root causes and reduce recurring chargebacks.
• Support the transition from Microsoft Dynamics AX to SAP.
