• Process collections and release credit holds in a timely manner.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints quickly and effectively.
• Minimize account delinquency and other metrics.
• Prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Investigate disputed invoices and coordinate with sales to resolve.

The Accounts Receivable Analyst plays a critical role in strengthening customer relationships while supporting the company's financial objectives. Success in this role requires the ability to build trusted, productive relationships with customers - balancing exceptional customer service with sound credit and collection practices. The ideal candidate is confident and professional in credit and collection discussions, demonstrates sound judgment and strong problem-solving skills, and is able to navigate challenging conversations with tact and diplomacy. The ability to communicate effectively, resolve issues, and maintain positive customer relationships while upholding appropriate credit and collection standards is essential. Sound judgment, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to independently manage priorities are essential to success in this role

What you'll do:

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and exceptional service
• Evaluate customer credit-worthiness and determine appropriate credit limits and terms
• Follow up on past due balances in a timely and professional manner
• Efficiently process collections and release credit holds in a timely manner
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints quickly and effectively.
• Accountable for minimizing account delinquency and other metrics
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Investigate disputed invoices and work with the sales team to resolve.
• Perform other duties as assigned
