Job summary

RTX is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support financial operations, contract activities, billing, reconciliations, and customer account management. The role will collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution of issues.

This hybrid position requires collaboration across multiple teams and a focus on precise financial controls. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, plus strong Excel and PowerPoint skills,

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel including formulas and functions.
• Experience producing and modifying Microsoft PowerPoint presentations.
• 1+ year of experience in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret contracts and modifications for input into SAP.
• Prepare contract structure to ensure bookings and billings can be processed.
• Interpret and populate data to allow shipments to customers.
• Maintain regular contact with internal partners and external agencies to resolve discrepancies.
• Verify contracts are loaded accurately and in compliance with FAR regulations.
• Create and submit invoices to external customers.
• Maintain complex contract reconciliations and resolve issues with customers.
