Job summary

RTX is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support financial operations, contract activities, billing, reconciliations, and customer account management in a hybrid setup. The role partners with internal and external teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution of issues.

Responsibilities include analyzing contracts for SAP input, structuring contracts for bookings and billings, and maintaining reconciliations while ensuring shipments to customers comply with FAR regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel including formulas and functions.
• Experience producing and modifying Microsoft PowerPoint presentations.
• 1+ year of experience in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret contracts and modifications for input into SAP.
• Prepare contract structure to ensure both bookings and billings can be processed.
• Interpret and populate pertinent data to allow for shipments to the Warfighter and other customers.
• Maintain regular contact with multiple internal partners and external agencies to solve contract discrepancies.
• Verify contracts are loaded accurately and efficiently, as well as complying with FAR regulations.
• Create and submit invoices to our external customers.
• Maintain complex contract reconciliations, working with internal and external customers when issues arise.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent experience
